By choosing to complete your purchase on the website you are agreeing the the turnarounds stated below. If you do not wish to wait for your order please do not order at this time as we will be unable to offer a refunds. Please note shipping time is not included in the turnaround time.
Orders are shipped on a 3-4 week turnaround time. The date of payment & weekends are not classed as part of the turnaround time. So orders placed Monday – Thursday will leave the following day plus 4 weeks. Orders placed Friday – Sunday will leave the following Monday plus 4 weeks at the latest.
I confirm that I have read the information provided on the size guide page of the website for my items and that I am ordering the correct sizes.
Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes to orders including but not limited to size, colour & address. This is a policy which you are asked to agree to at checkout. Please double check your order before placing it.
All images used on our site are for the purpose of demonstrating the design only. Customers are liable for reading each listing and ensuring they have ordered the correct item.
We do not offer cancelations or returns as each item is custom stitched to order so please ensure all order details are correct before checking out.
If there is an issue with an item you receive please ensure to contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days and we will do our best to help you with this issue.
All screen printed items are made by us here in house and we have to line the print up with the embroidery by eye. Owning to this process there will be slight differences between items as it is impossible for us to make each one exactly the same.
Once an item is shipped you have 30 days to contact us via email at email@example.com if there is an issue with your delivery. This is the time frame set out by our shipping courier that we must contact them within in order to make a claim. If you do not contact us to raise an issue within this time frame we cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels and we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
