FAQ’s

If I order today when will my order ship?

Orders are shipped on a 3-4 week turnaround time. The date of payment & weekends are not classed as part of the turnaround time. So orders placed Monday – Thursday will leave the following day plus 4 weeks. Orders placed Friday – Sunday will leave the following Monday plus 4 weeks at the latest.

 Orders often leave early depending on how busy we are but please be assured we always try to get your items out to you as fast as we can!

 Do you take custom orders?

 At this time due to the sheer amount of orders we have we are unable to take custom orders.

We will announce on our stories if this ever changes.

 Can I combine multiple ordered and have them shipped together?

 Unfortunately not. As soon as the shop closes orders are processed and the stock ordered. Within 2-3 days all items for that batch have been allocated ready for production so we cannot add items on after this point. If you would like to add an item onto an order placed while the shop is still open, provided it is from the same opening we can do this for you.

 How will I know that my order has shipped?

 UK & EU Customers: When your order ships you will receive a shipping email from our website which will provide you with the tracking number for your order.

 US Customers: When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email from Shopify. You will then receive a further email from our shipping partner Transglobal Express which will contain your tracking information. Please allow up to a week for this to update as the parcels are collected by TNT and passes on to USPS which is the tracking number your order links to.

 Can I exchange or return my order?

 All of our items are custom stitched to order meaning we have a no return/no exchange policy. Please be sure to check our size guides before you order.

Please also make sure you double check your order before placing it to ensure you have chosen the correct size/colour.

 However, if there is a problem with the shirt you received, please do not hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can resolve the issue. We understand that some items may be purchased as gifts but it is the customers responsibility to ensure that you check your items when they arrive and contact us within 7 days of arrival if there is an issue.

 How much do your items cost?

 The prices of all of our items vary by design however tees start from £20 and jumpers from £26.

 How do I place an order with you? Do I need a password for the website? Your website doesn’t work?

 Our next shop opening is always posted in out bio AND in the text on the holding screen of the website! We open every Friday at 8pm.
